Smithsonian Museum Day

Heather —  August 27, 2009

Upcoming!! There will be a National Museum Day on September 26, 2009! Families can download an admission card which will give you two free admissions to museums nationwide. Looks like there are some great museums on the lists–go check out your state for the participating museums, here

Go here to print your free pass. or homeschooling families, this may be a great time to plan a field trip–although it is true that many museums are free or discounted if you have proof that you are an educator–always ask.  I have even gotten discounts from private children’s museums with my educator card, here in NC. I hear Virginia is even better…I’m excited about that.

Thanks, Money Saving Mom! If y’all don’t have Money Saving Mom in your readers–you should! I get many tips from this site–including coupons, freebies and even stuff like this museum pass update. OK. Back to moving. YUCK. I hate packing!!

  1. Heather, yes you can copy my text if you want about the offer for the Quarter Mile Math. I took it largely from his email, with a bit of tweaking. Sounds like you have the TOS Crew stuff under control with the move. It will be fine. 🙂

  2. Wow, that would be great to get two in for free. We will have to check out if their are any in our area. Thanks!
