We are an eco-friendly family, trying our best to be more organic and green…and healthy.
We first decided to go organic suddenly, after reading the book, The Conscious Kitchen. This was in April, 2010.
We now totally use organic foods. I am just a pretty normal mom, who does not have a farm or garden (I wish I did!) Maybe next year…a garden. I am learning as I go! So far, I have been able to change our lifestyle using resources in our area. My family loves the changes and all the children are even cooking more and paying attention to the quality of the foods they are eating.
