Not only is it important to me to reclaim my fit, healthy body, but this week, I also have a fun giveaway to share!
With all my emphasis on losing weight and getting more fit this year, I was really excited earlier this month to hear about Progresso Light and 100 Calorie Soups. I received a Progresso “Souper You Debut” gift pack that included 15 cans of several different varieties of the Progresso Light and 100 Calorie Soups, as well as a Progresso digital jump rope that keeps track of jumps and calories burned and a Progresso soup mug.
Truly, the timing was perfect. I am in the midst of a cold, snowy January…when I am really craving comfort food. However, my package came with some really wonderful sounding soups and an oversize mug for my hot soup that I just love.
I have tried several of the soups so far and I think this is a marvelous way to watch my calories! I am shocked that they have at least 15 types that are low-cal.
The soups have filling ingredients like pasta, beans, corn and rice, and vegetables like tomatoes, carrots, and peppers—and fiber. Having a serving of soup for lunch or dinner turned out to be delicious, satisfied my appetite and made me proud that I was sticking with eating less. I know they really taste good because my kids are trying to eat them!
I think this is a great way to have a healthy meal without having too many calories…and I do not have to count calories or make a big deal. That is perfect to me. I think incorporating the Progresso light soups into my Fit Mommy Friday eating will help me out!

- To count my calories eaten each day, except Sat/Sun.(Add in my Progresso Soups and that makes it easier!)
- Remember to take the vitamins/Fish oil stuff
