Adding a Probiotic to a Health Regimen. 4X Probiotic Review

A Digestive Care Supplement can help with tummy issues

As my readers know, I have spent the past few years on a quest to feel healthier and have more energy. As a wife and mom of five, I really need energy.

The latest news from my doctor is that my white blood cell count is super high, which supports his original assessment of an immune system issue. But, many things, like lupus, have been ruled out. As I am still functional (haha) my appointment with a specialist is in February.

Deep sigh. Yet again, I feel like I am close to finding specific reasons for why I just don’t feel great all the time, yet mainstream medicine is not “coming to the rescue.”

So far, things I have done to help myself have worked wonders. Our family eats organic, unprocessed foods, I drink tons of water and green tea, cook with cast iron and use no plastic. I take vitamins and have gone gluten free to help with tummy issues. (btw, going gluten free has helped me lose a bunch of weight!)

Anyway, all these things I have done did not happen overnight. Really it has been a long process of about five years, doing research and trying things and seeing what helps me.

The latest thing I am trying is because I saw a review opportunity for a probiotic. It reminded me to try that again. Years ago, when Em was little, I had tried a probiotic to help with stomach bloating and discomfort. At the time, it did not seem to help much and I stopped using it.

Looking back now, I think I should have continued, while not expecting it to do all the things my body needed. Still, now that I have dealt with some things and changed my eating habits, I am curious to see if adding in probiotics will help with my sensitive stomach and improve my overall energy level.

So far, I have been taking the Sam’s Club Member’s Mark 4x Probiotic since Wednesday, so about four days. I know I need to do it longer to get a feel for it, but one funny side effect is that my digestive system seems much more functional, and by that I mean regular…

Enough said. But, I will be back with another post to let you know how I feel after doing this for awhile.

Also, the Sam’s Club 4xProbiotic pack is a twin pack with (2) 6 week packages. So, you get a three month supply of 84 caplets—or, you can share with your husband. I am having my husband try this as well.

Curious? Read about the Member’s Mark 4x Probiotic and digestive health or go check it out at Sam’s Club.

If you try it, let me know.

I like that the caplets come wrapped individually and packaged for a week, with each day labeled. That helps me a lot to remember to take the right day and not get ahead or behind.

Good review, Heather! I learned from a nutritionist that “your colon is your 2nd brain!” I think of that every day, and the mantra helps me to stay away from yucky food and drinks. I cannot explain the physiological description between brain and colon, but I sure do believe it, and I feel so much better when I eat natural foods than when I eat sugar, white flour, and processed food. Commercial baked good do bad things to my body BUT if I eat my own homemade baked goods, I feel great. So no more store bought cookies, muffins, cakes, etc….only the yummies from great recipes with simple ingredients.

  2. I can’t wait to read how this worked out for you!
