One of our simple joys is sharing cocoa on the front porch swing. I don’t have a gluten free recipe but I saw gluten free Chex cereal while vacationing in Missouri (not yet here in Louisiana) so there might be a way to make our traditional fall Chex mix with that.

Probably my favorite simple joy is reading with my kids. Every morning the children and I read the Bible and pray together. Then we read what we call our “family book.” We love starting each day reading and spending some time together.

I will enter! We have had one child tested for Celiac, yet she turned out negative, thankfully! But my dad has gone completely gluten free! We might want to try going gluten free with that one child, and this would help!
